Mathematical Sports Day!

Subject – Numeracy 

It’s summer and time for our Mathematical Sports Day. We need our willing mathematicians to limber up and flex their calculation skills over a range of sporting activities. Come dressed to compete, as we work through a range of sporting events, applying mathematics as we go to become the champions of the tournament.
An engaging and practical day to apply mathematical skill and use it to solve open ended and individualised problems. The course aims to consolidate known mathematical skills, introduce new skills and develop new ways of thinking about maths.
